Initial Quarterly Pest Treatment
Your initial service is a comprehensive treatment designed to address existing pest activity and establish an invisible shield around your home. During this initial visit, we treat both the interior and exterior of your property to target large roaches, fire ants, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, and millipedes.
Initial Interior Service
As part of your initial treatment, we carefully treat appropriate interior areas where pests commonly hide or enter, including baseboards, kitchen and bathroom cracks and crevices, and accessible areas beneath sinks. This initial interior service helps address existing pest activity and gets your home started with a clean slate.
Ongoing Quarterly Exterior Service
After your initial treatment, your scheduled quarterly services are exterior only. There is no need to routinely treat the inside of your home when the exterior protection is being properly maintained.
Exterior Power Spray
We treat approximately 3 feet up exterior walls and 3 feet out from the foundation, creating a protective barrier designed to stop pests before they make their way inside. We also treat key exterior areas around your property, including the garage, flower beds and backyard fence line.
Eaves, Windows, Openings & Weep Holes
During each exterior service, we sweep accessible cobwebs and nests from eaves and around windows and treat these areas to help reduce pest activity. We pay special attention to potential entry points around windows and garages. For brick homes, we pay particular attention to areas such as weep holes, which can provide potential pathways for insects and other pests to enter the structure.
Weep Hole Screen Installation (Optional Add-On)
