4. Our No-Contract Policy
Our Contract Is to You, Not the Other Way Around!
At Alco Pest Control, we believe customers should continue using our services because they are satisfied with our work, not because they're locked into unnecessary contracts.
We offer flexible pest control services, including one time, as needed, and recurring service options.
Customers may discontinue recurring general pest control service without cancellation penalties.
Our no contract approach does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed or change the terms of a separately authorized treatment, warranty, or other applicable service document.
Certain specialized services may require written estimates, treatment authorizations, disclosures, or warranty documentation.
These documents help explain the services being performed and do not necessarily create a recurring commitment.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Property Access
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested appointment dates and provide timely service.
However, appointments may need to be adjusted because of severe weather, technician availability, safety concerns, unexpected property conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
To help us perform services safely and effectively, customers may be asked to:

Some treatments may require time, follow-up visits, or additional pest management measures to achieve the intended results.
Customers may continue to observe pest activity for a period following treatment.
Alco Pest Control may recommend reasonable preventative measures to help improve treatment effectiveness, such as reducing moisture, addressing entry points, eliminating food sources, or maintaining appropriate sanitation.
Standard general pest control does not automatically include every pest species or infestation.
For example, termite infestations, rodent problems, mosquito activity, and severe spider infestations require specialized treatments.
Except as expressly provided under an applicable service specific warranty or guarantee, no pest control treatment should be interpreted as a promise that all future pest activity will be permanently eliminated.
7. Warranties & Service Guarantees
At Alco Pest Control, we take pride in standing behind our work.
Certain qualifying pest control services include warranties or guarantees.
General Pest Control Warranty
Our standard general pest control service includes a 2-month warranty for covered pests, subject to applicable product labels and service terms.
Fire Ant Control Guarantee
Our qualifying comprehensive whole-yard fire ant treatment includes a 1-Year Colony-Elimination Guarantee.
If fire ant colonies return to the treated property during the guarantee period, Alco Pest Control will retreat the property at no additional charge, no questions asked.
This guarantee does not apply to complimentary individual fire ant mound treatments performed during routine general pest control service.
Termite Treatment Warranties
Qualifying termite treatments may include renewable or transferable warranty options.
Coverage, eligibility, renewal requirements, transfer conditions, and available remedies depend on the specific treatment and applicable written warranty.
Specialized Treatments
Rodent control, mosquito control, spider infestations, and other specialized services may have different warranty provisions.
Service specific written warranty or guarantee terms govern their applicable coverage and remedies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Pricing, Billing & Payments
Pricing for pest control services is determined according to the type of service, property conditions, treatment requirements, and other relevant factors.

Final pricing and applicable payment terms will be communicated as part of the estimate, service authorization, invoice, or other applicable transaction documentation.

Cancellation of future recurring services does not automatically cancel outstanding charges for services already performed.
For specialized treatments, any service specific cancellation terms will be communicated when applicable.

Because pest control results can vary and some treatments require additional time or follow-up, our usual approach is to evaluate a reported issue and determine whether additional service or retreatment is appropriate.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the service performed, circumstances involved, applicable service terms, and any legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees a refund or limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.
