General Pest Control – 2-Month Warranty
Our standard general pest control service includes a 2-month warranty for covered pests, subject to applicable product labels and service terms.
Our residential quarterly maintenance program is typically scheduled approximately every 12 weeks to help maintain consistent protection against common household pests.
Most customers do fine with every 12 weeks. However, if you experience a covered pest problem during your 2 month warranty period, contact us so we can evaluate the concern and provide appropriate follow-up service under your warranty.
Fire Ant Control – 1-Year Colony-Elimination Guarantee
Fire Ant Colonies Return? We'll Retreat Your Property FREE! No Questions Asked!
Our comprehensive whole-yard fire ant treatment includes a 1-Year Colony-Elimination Guarantee for qualifying residential and commercial properties.
Unlike individual mound treatments, our comprehensive service targets fire ant colonies throughout the treated property.
If fire ant colonies return during your one-year guarantee period, Alco Pest Control will retreat your property at absolutely no additional charge, no questions asked.
Please note: This guarantee applies to our comprehensive whole-yard fire ant treatment, not complimentary fire ant mound treatments performed during routine general pest control visits.
Termite Control – Renewable & Transferable Warranty
Protect your property and your investment with professional termite control backed by warranty options.
Qualifying termite treatments may include a 1-Year Renewable & Transferable Warranty, providing the opportunity for continued protection.
If you sell your home, an eligible transferable warranty may provide added value and peace of mind for the new homeowner.
Warranty coverage, renewal requirements, transfer eligibility, and retreatment provisions depend on the specific termite treatment and written warranty terms.
Specialized Pest Control Warranties
Rodent control, mosquito control, spider infestations, and other specialized pest treatments may have different service requirements and warranty provisions.
